It’s so important to recognise where our food comes from – we are what we eat after all. I was delighted to work with the Soil Association, the UK’s leading food and farming charity, on their Catering Mark endorsement.
The Catering Mark is an independent endorsement that shows that caterers are taking steps to improve their food, through meeting standards on nutrition, freshness, sustainability and animal welfare.
The brief:
Work with the Soil Association team to plan, write and deliver a press release to selected media outlets, coordinate photography and draft social media updates for a new achiever of the Catering Mark, London caterers Alistair-Hugo.
The results:
Positive coverage in trade publications and engagement on social media channels.
Client feedback:
“Hannah was easy to work with, very conscientious and really helpful. She did a super job for the one off piece of work focusing on the Food for Life Catering Mark – she achieved all the targets we set out and got on with the job straight away and without much input from our in house team. We hope to work together with Hannah again soon!”
